    We review your CV or application to screen for a variety of criteria relevant to the job role

    You will speak to our Head of People & Culture to learn more about each other before a more extensive interview

    Interview 1

    You will meet with the hiring manager and usually someone in a similar role to the job you’re applying for. You will find out more about the role and discuss your relevant experience

  • I have had an interview, how long will it be until I find out if I was successful?

    We aim to come back to you with feedback within a few days.

  • Do we sponsor candidates to come and work in the UK?

    Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor applicants to come and work in the UK. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK before they apply for a vacancy with us and be able to provide evidence of this.

  • What is Xiatech's approach to flexible working?

    We support flexible working arrangements. Our staff are able to work remotely or from our Camden, London based office. We treat each request for flexible working on a case by case basis and try to balance your preferred way of working with our client commitments and business needs. Our office space offers meeting rooms, break out areas and quiet zones. We also hot desk which increases engagement across teams and the exchange of ideas. We can provide for reasonable adjustments within the workplace.

  • Do you accept speculative CVs?

    We are always searching for the best and brightest, even if we don’t have an immediate job opening so if you have something to offer us, and our clients, send your CV to us.

  • What happens once I have been offered a role?

    If you receive an offer of employment, this will be conditional upon satisfactory completion of a right to work & identity check, a reference check and a basic criminal record check for any unspent convictions.
