Chief Customer Officer
Helen Vaughan is Xiatech’s Chief Customer Officer, where she leads customer engagement to ensure we deliver outstanding solutions that enable our customers to achieve their transformation goals.
Responsible for business development across our customer base, Helen drives the customer engagement and delivery strategy at Xiatech. From strategic reviews to large scale digital transformation programmes, her team is passionate about applying their wealth of industry expertise to deliver value to customers. Building long term relationships is key to our strategy and we pride ourselves in providing a personalised and value driven approach to support our customers.
Helen has 25+ years’ experience in the retail and software industry. Before joining Xiatech, she was the Managing Director at Island Pacific and Intelligent Retail where she led the organisation’s initial start-up in the UK and later the acquisition and integration of the Intelligent Retail brand.
Helen has been involved in a number of start-up organisations, including Client Services Director at Retek and Sales and Services Director at Composite Software. The pinnacle of Helen’s transformation programme experience was to design and lead the Tesco operating model for the Tesco International Transformation Program that was subsequently rolled out in Turkey, South Korea and the United States under her leadership.
In her spare time, Helen is an avid, all-seasons sea swimmer who also enjoys hiking and walking, but is predominantly a proud mum and rugby enthusiast often driving long distances to watch her three sons play.
