Lance

Lance Mercereau is Xiatech’s Chief Marketing Officer where he is responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy including strengthening its brand, product innovation, partner programme and increasing demand for its innovative products and solutions globally.

Prior to joining Xiatech, Lance has spent 25 years scaling technology companies as Chief Revenue Officer at Coniq, a customer loyalty solution provider serving retailers, and Chief Marketing Officer at several start-ups and established software and services companies including Rosslyn Data Technologies, Bluefin Solutions and SAP (Hungary).

Lance is actively involved in the UK’s exciting start-up community, advising and mentoring founder CEOs on growth strategies.

When he’s not at work, Lance spends quality time with his wife and two teenagers, working out at the gym and reading which wine to buy next for his burgeoning wine collection.
