Chief People Officer
Steph Johnson is Xiatech’s Chief People Officer where she leads the company’s efforts to ensure it remains one of the best places to work.
In her role, Steph is responsible for designing and implementing Xiatech’s industry recognised people-first strategy to support the company in achieving its business objectives. This includes talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations and communications.
Steph’s passion for people stemmed from 10 years in the NHS. Before joining Xiatech, she worked in technology recruitment, employee engagement and company communications.
Outside of work, Steph is enthusiastic about property renovation projects and interior design. She enjoys travelling and constantly looks forward to her next holiday in the sunshine with a Piña Colada.
