Xiatech were engaged by Fitflop to create and run a Digital Transformation strategy, including the selection of a new eCommerce platform. Subsequently, using the Single Data View platform, we integrated the new Fitflop eCommerce and e-mail campaign platforms and added a new Business Intelligence capability. The SDV is a strategic for Fitflop, enabling the integration of nine key systems, including ERP and their Customer Data Platform.
